Choose your audio sequence from a curated, professionally-engineered track list designed to facilitate your body’s entry into a deeply therapeutic meditative state. In this state, where the body and mind harmonize, mental and physical stress is reduced and the body is enabled to repair, restore, and transform itself. Sessions range from 20 minutes to 3 hours.

Body wraps are a classic spa offering designed to aid the skin in detoxification, hydration, softening and tightening, to support the lymphatic system and metabolic health, to contour the body, and more. We offer the award-winning Bioslimming Wrap by Provence Cosmetics and a series of Phytomer's marine wraps and sugar scrubs. Applications include full-body exfoliation and a luxurious heated cocoon treatment.

Enjoy same-day relief with the OHCO M.DX and Positive Posture Brio+ massage chairs. These zero-gravity powerhouses feature the Sens8 4D engine with advanced massage algorithms to mimic the hand movements of a massage therapist, for an intuitive and lifelike session. Each chair also features infrared full-body heat. Headphones and eye masks are provided.

Now in a room with a private shower for cold cycling! The deep, penetrating heat of a traditional infrared sauna is beneficial for soothing muscles, reducing stress, and facilitating healing. Our sauna combines this treatment with a cycling Chromotherapy lamp, and over 300 lbs. of Himalayan salt bricks lining the interior walls.

Our salt walls produce an enclosed environment charged with negative ions, akin to a salty ocean air.
