As an LMT, Audrey enjoys treating specific ailments and integrating creative sets of modalities into her sessions to best suit each client. She has advanced training in medical massage protocols, cupping, lymphatic massage and post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and sports massage. Continuing education, treatment progress, and client satisfaction are her highest priorities. In her spare time, she loves hiking, running, watersports, lots of coffee, studying trends in science and medicine, spending time with her family, and her dogs.

Julz was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and has been in Sublette County since 2014. She holds a bachelors degree in business with a focus in management and has experience in several industries. Her interest in exercise, health and wellness lead to her new career as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Julie's focus is to provide client-centered sessions that encourage and promote optimal quality of life for all.

AYURVEDIC THERAPIST

Tillie Dibben fell in love with Ayurveda in India when she was introduced to this map of health while she was there completing her 500 YTT. Her fascination and passion for Ayurveda then led her to complete a training on 3 Ayurvedic Therapies from the California College of Ayurveda. She sees yoga and Ayurveda as inseparable and aims to offer her clients an opportunity to drop out of habitual thought patterns and soften into their bodies to fully embrace life. Tillie has experienced first hand the power of healing through these modalities. Her intention is to offer her clients these therapies as an experience and practice into finding harmony with life.

Maggie is a sheep producer, photography graduate and Sublette County local. She spends most of her spare time outside with her animals or enjoying our incredible landscape. She aspires to make the experience of each of the O² Spa guests exceptional.
