She has advanced training in medical massage protocols, postural assessment, intraoral TMJ treatment, cupping, lymphatic massage and post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and sports massage. Continuing education, treatment progress, and client satisfaction are her highest priorities. In her spare time, she loves hiking, running, watersports, lots of coffee, studying trends in science and medicine, spending time with her family, and her dogs.*

She has a background in exercise science (B.S.) and athletic training (M.S.) during which she's had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes—from high school students to professional baseball players. Throughout her experience, Abby has consistently observed the vital role that manual therapy and massage play in physical recovery, mental well-being, and overall performance. This inspired her to pursue massage therapy more directly and to deepen her understanding of the healing power of touch. Abby is excited to bring her knowledge, passion, and personalized care to each student massage session, and to help others feel their best—both body and mind.

Contact: 480-773-8332Heather is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Level 2 Fascia Stretch Therapist with 8 years of bodywork experience. She works with weekend warriors, pre- and post-surgical clients, MS and Parkinson’s patients, and anyone suffering from tight fascia that limits their ability to move freely. Her sessions blend hands-on bodywork, movement, and nervous-system-focused approaches tailored to each client to restore mobility and reduce pain.
Heather draws from a broad toolset including Thai massage, Fascia Stretch Therapy, myofascial release, Lomi Lomi, structural integration, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), Active Release Techniques (ART), cupping, and gua sha, along with breathwork and other techniques that target fascia and the nervous system.
For the past three years, working with the local community in Sublette and Teton counties has deepened her understanding of tissue and movement. Enthusiastic and compassionate, Heather is committed to her clients’ wellbeing and enjoys hiking and biking in the area she calls home.

Joyce has been a certified massage therapist and bodyworker since 2001. She is also a licensed esthetician and has an AA degree in Holistic Health. Her advanced training includes lymphatic massage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, hot stone massage, Thai massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, and wellness coaching. Her background spans medical offices, day spas, and resort spas; she also brings years of experience as a massage therapy instructor to her practice. Specializing in restorative, nervous-system–supportive modalities that promote healing, balance, and deep relaxation, she enjoys blending techniques to create treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs. During her free time you can find her writing, exploring nature, or spending time with her husband and pets.
