His training includes a 600-hour massage program with education in Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Integration, and Injury Protocols, along with advanced training in Rossiter Stretching, Thai Massage, Graston/Gua Sha techniques, and Lymphatic Massage. Bio: Abby Williams, MSAT, LAT, ATC, CES, Massage Therapy Student. A native of Pinedale, Wyoming, Abby brings a deep appreciation for wellness to her practice as a massage therapy student. She has a background in exercise science (B.S.) and athletic training (M.S.) during which she's had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes—from high school students to professional baseball players. Throughout her experience, Abby consistently observed the vital role that manual therapy and massage play in physical recovery, mental well-being, and overall performance. This inspired her to pursue massage therapy more directly and deepen her understanding of the healing power of touch. Abby is excited to bring her knowledge, passion, and personalized care to each student massage session, and to help others feel their best—both body and mind.

Bio: Audrey is an LMT (Colorado License#: MT.0024723) and graduate of Mosaic Massage College in Casper, WY. As an LMT, Audrey enjoys treating specific ailments and integrating creative sets of modalities into her sessions to best suit each client. She has advanced training in medical massage protocols, cupping, lymphatic massage and post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and sports massage. Continuing education, treatment progress, and client satisfaction are her highest priorities.
