FST uses gentle traction to stretch the joint capsule, increasing range of motion without pain. The use of traction, circumduction, and oscillation are utilized while combined with Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), which involves client participation. FST sessions are fully clothed. No lotion or oils are applied. This technique works fascia between skin, muscle, bone, and organ, rather than muscle tissue.

A restorative massage is similar to a therapeutic massage in that it incorporates a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, and scalp work. The pressure, however, remains light to medium, allowing the body to fully relax. This approach encourages the nervous system to settle, supporting the body and mind in returning to a balanced state. Restorative massage can be especially beneficial for stress reduction, pain relief, and overall well-being, as it gently supports the body’s natural self-healing processes.
-
A prenatal massage focusing on supporting the needs of the mother-to-be. Increase tranquility and relaxation, relieve postural imbalances and pain due to dramatic shifts in the body, increase blood and lymph circulation to help reduce swelling.
-
A Swedish relaxation flow using heated stones to rub away tension, adhesion, and nodules in muscle tissue. This is not a stationary laying of stones- the stones themselves are used to perform the entire massage.
-
A full-body protocol consisting of feather-light, rythmic strokes in the direction of lymphatic flow, designed to accelerate the process of removing accumulated metabolic waste residues in interstitial fluid. This form of massage can stimulate blood circulation and tissue regeneration, reduce swelling and water retention, improve the immune system, promote profound relaxation, and provide an overall feeling of lightness in the body.
-
A gentle, noninvasive therapy that uses light touch to support the body’s natural healing processes. By working with the craniosacral system (the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord), this deeply calming treatment helps release tension, balance the nervous system, and promote overall well-being.
-
A relaxing, restorative therapy focused on applying pressure to specific points on the feet and hands that correspond to systems and organs throughout the body. Reflexology supports the body’s natural balance, promotes deep relaxation, and encourages overall well-being.
-
